Sri Rajnish Gautam is the founder of M/s H.N. Construction Pvt. Ltd. This noble idea came in his mind in the year 1993 at an early age of 18-19 year. He translated his dream into reality the same thought he has very meager resources at his command but his determination were high. He started his work with a small work order of Rs. 2500/- in Coke Oven and by Product Plant (CO & BPP) of SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant under adverse situation of Dust, Gas and Heat.
He has developed the company into a full flagged EPC company executing Turn Key Projects including Design, Engineering, Material Handing, Civil works, Structural Works, Procurement & Supply of Technological, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Fire Fighting, Ventilation, Air Condition equipments, Road Works, Railway Works, Erection of equipments, Testing & Commissioning of the Plant, Performance Guarantee Test etc.
He is enterprising and under his dynamic & able leadership, a well organized team of engineers, technician & workers has been developed which is capable of taking any challenge, work of EPC contract. He has introduced noble method of rewarding & accepting good works performed by staff & workers which has developed sense of belongings in this staff.
He has reached the company to a very sound financial and technical levels where by the company is continuously being awarded work by reputed company’s like SAIL, Coal India, Railway etc.
